Teagan Presley (her stage name is a tribute to Lisa Marie Presley combined with her parents' original choice for her name) is the oldest sibling in her family and helped raise three brothers and three sisters. She began training in dance and gymnastics when she was seven. Presley moved with her family to San Diego, California at age 15. When she was 15, Presley represented the United States at dance and gymnastic events in Germany and Denmark. After gaining independence, Presley was living with a boyfriend who didn't make any money to support them. She started stripping for extra money. This angered her boyfriend so she then sought out an agent on-line to do pornography. Her first role was in Just Over Eighteen 10 from Red Light District Video. She performed in 70 pornographic film scenes over the next eight months, many of which included anal scenes. In late-2004, she signed an exclusive, three-year contract with porn production studio Digital Playground. Presley claims she first became involved in pornography as revenge against her ex-boyfriend. In October 2008, after a turbulent break with Digital Playground, she was invited by Digital Playground to host the red carpet at the premiere of Pirates II: Stagnetti's Revenge, a film produced by the firm. She is also seen on the cover of Temptress magazine in the unrated version of the movie Superbad. In July 2008, Presley publicly stated that she was pursuing a divorce from her husband, fellow performer Tyler Durden after an assault in April of that year. Shortly following this, she announced that she had her breast implants replaced and that she would be auctioning them on Ebay, with 20% of the proceeds going to Susan G. Komen for the Cure; she also announced that she would stop performing boy/girl sex scenes. The remainder of the proceeds were to be used to fund her divorce and custody cases. In October 2008, Presley was named Best Feature Dancer by Nightmoves magazine. In November 2008, she was named the Penthouse Pet of the Month for January 2009. Presley and her new boyfriend, Josh Lehman, launched their own studio called SkinWorxxx in early 2009, with their first production called The Search for Sun Goddess XXX.
